WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY DAY HIRE?
A day hire would mean a delivery between 8am - 12pm in the morning and collection from 17.00pm onwards. If you require a specific delivery time please contact us before booking. If you would like a later collection we would do our best to arrange this although this may incur an extra charge, again if possible please contact us before booking. We do overnight bookings and you can book this online or over the telephone.
INDOOR BOOKINGS/ FETES ETC?
If your party is being held in a hall just let us know when booking online or by telephone the times we need to deliver your Bouncy Castle and what time the Bouncy Castle would need to be collected. These bookings will be given priority over our deliveries and collections as we understand that you have to return keys ect. This also applies to Fetes and other community functions.
WILL THE BOUNCY CASTLE I WANT FIT INDOORS?
Most of our Bouncy Castle will fit indoors but please let us know if this is what you are planning as some castles will not fit because of the height.
WHAT IF IT IS RAINING ON THE DAY?
If it is raining on the day of your hire we offer wet weather cancellation which is free of charge. We will contact you on the morning of your event. If rain is forecast in your area please call us. Equipment should NOT be used in wet weather as they can become dangerous and this will increase the chances of having an accident.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY HIRE?
Payment is Cash Only and needs to be paid on DELIVERY of your Bouncy Castle.
DO I NEED TO SET IT UP OR WILL YOU DO THIS FOR ME?
We will set-up your Bouncy Castle for you and pack it away you will not need to do anything.
DO YOU HIRE BOUNCY CASTLES THAT CAN BE USED ON OUTSIDE HARD SURFACE OR SAND?
No we can not put a Bouncy Castle on concrete or sand as this would cause damage to the Inflatable.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes we have Public Liability Insurance up to £5,000,000 (Five Million Pounds).
DO I NEED INSURANCE?
Your household policy will cover you for private guests where no charge is being made.
